The Unpuzzling
started with one frustrating observation.
The vision for Ekamize began in 2022. Service-based SMBs were drowning in software, yet still running on chaos. We dreamed of a single platform to run an entire business.
Initially, we imagined solving this for digital-first companies — agencies, startups, teams that run from behind a screen. But the real puzzle was harder. Through deep, hands-on experience scaling clients at CamphorX, our founder, Varenya, saw that the most painful fragmentation wasn’t in digital agencies. It was in the physical world.
We decided to razor-focus on the industries where execution is the most complex: construction, luxury interiors and manufacturing factories. As we dug in, we hit a hard truth — traditional SaaS is built for desks, not construction sites or factory floors. If a platform is too complex for a field worker or a factory supervisor to use, the data breaks, and the system fails.
We realised that to truly solve the fragmentation puzzle, we couldn’t just build another dashboard. We had to change how teams interact with software. By combining deep, on-the-ground industry knowledge with the breakthrough accessibility of AI and voice-to-task technology, Ekamize was born.
