Good software got built for software. The firms that build, install and deliver got spreadsheets. India has more of them than anywhere, running at real scale, so we start here. Then everywhere else that got skipped.

I didn’t build a tool.
I built the loop.
I’m Varenya. I run marketing at one of India’s fastest-growing modular-interiors firms. I ran their sales too and built the workflows for it, until the team grew and capable sales managers came in. I watch brilliant people there deliver crores over WhatsApp forwards, Excel and memory. Every software rollout died the same way: each tool asked them to do more typing so a dashboard could watch them work.
Then I saw it everywhere. My marketing agency. Other agencies. Service businesses, product businesses. Outside software companies, this is the reality: enormous potential sitting in people stuck in mundane work, waiting on a management team that is itself stuck in the system as middleware. The moment they work with an outside partner, the silos repeat. The problem was never the people. It was software that records the business instead of running it.
So I built the fix the way I think work should run: I hired AI agents, gave them rules, reviewed their work and approved what mattered. That workforce built what you’re reading.
Somewhere in it I realised the loop is the product. Ekamize is how this company runs, offered to yours.
