In short

We only collect what we need to run Ekamize, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete everything at any time. This page is a placeholder — the full policy will be published before general availability.

Data we collect

• Account basics — name, email, team, role.
• Content you put into Ekamize — leads, projects, files, notes.
• Usage signals — which features you use, errors we need to fix.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Postgres on Railway and object storage on Cloudflare R2 (or a dedicated region for Scale customers). In transit: TLS 1.2+. At rest: AES-256.
