Privacy policy

We only collect what we need to run Ekamize, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete everything at any time. This page is a placeholder. The full policy will be published before general availability.

• Account basics: name, email, team, role.
• Content you put into Ekamize: leads, projects, files, notes.
• Usage signals: which features you use, errors we need to fix.

Data is stored in Postgres on Railway and in object storage on Cloudflare R2. Both encrypt data in transit and at rest. Credentials and keys are held in an encrypted vault and never written into code.
